Our special chef offers several hot entrees everyday. These are special dishes, prepared fresh each day. Some examples are rotisserie chicken, hot soups, meatloaf, pork and chicken dishes as well as a wide array of side items.

Available Saturdays, Sundays and other special occasions are many "Smoke on Site" foods. Smoked beef brisket, pork ribs and loins, chicken wings and other special meats, just to highlight a few. We also smoke meats for our famous pulled pork, pork BBQ, southern pork and beef BBQ.
