Beef
All of Weiland's beef is upper 2/3 USDA Choice. Our Certified Black Angus Beef by Swift 1855 Premium Beef starts with the very best cattle in the industry, bar none. Each cut is then hand selected for ideal marbling to deliver indulgent flavor and then perfectly aged for sublime tenderness. The result is an unforgettable, exceptionally tender, incredibly juicy beef experience people will seek out again and again, delivered with never-before-seen consistency.
We process and grind all of our meat in house. We also provide custom cuts, cut and wrapped to your specifications.
Chicken
For all of your favorite chicken dishes, Weiland's carries the finest poultry. Gerber Amish Chicken is all natural and free of additives and hormones. Count on the quality for your warm-weather grilled chicken meals or the comfort food of an over-roasted chicken when the weather turns cold.
In our meats case you can always find marinated chicken breasts, chicken kebobs, all bone-in and boneless, skinless cuts. You can also find whole fryers (giblets removed) and much more.
Don't forget to check out our homemade chicken sausages. We grind and prepare everything in-house, and you can take our word for it... These are a savory treat and not to be missed.
Turkey
When it's time to talk turkey, it's only natural that you'll want to plan your feast around a free-range Bowman & Landes Turkey or Turkey Breast from New Carlisle, Ohio. These succulent, fresh birds are just that - all natural.
They're free of antibiotics, hormones or stimulants. This family farm raises turkeys the same way they have since 1948, allowing birds free access to the outdoors and a diet of high quality grains.
Also available are boneless turkey roasts, smoke whole turkeys and smoked turkey breasts.
Duck, Capon and Geese
Weiland's can also provide you with ducks, capon and geese. Just call or stop by our meat department to check our availability.
Pork
"The Other White Meat." Pork is the most widely eaten meat in the world and a great source of lean protein.
Weiland's is happy to provide its customers Daisyfield Pork from Sandusky, Ohio. Daisyfield Pork is all natural and antibiotic free, to ensure quality and its one-of-a-kind flavor. Served slightly pink, our cuts have a savory taste and tender, juicy texture.
You haven't lived until you've eaten one of Daisyfield's Old Fashioned Hams, whole with the bone in or boneless. You an also find loin and rib chops, baby back ribs, Boston Butts (shoulder roast), and boneless loin roast in our meat case. Our staff is always willing to custom cut anything to your request.
Weiland's also has a fine selection of Winter's Brand Spiral Cut and Glazed Honey hams. Please call ahead for special availability.
Sausages
Weiland's has 23 varieties of sausages and brats! Since we process and grind all of our meats on the premises, you know you are getting the freshest and best quality product. All our varieties are made in-house with natural casings and the best ingredients.
Our selection includes many varieties of links, patties and bulk sausages, Winter's Brand smoked sausage and natural casing hot dogs, as well as Weiland's Own Salmon Sausage and many chicken sausages.
LambTender and lean, with a delicate but distinctive flavor, domestic lamb is ideal for your holiday table or as a year-round favorite. It's available at Weiland's in loin chops, and semi-boneless leg of lamb.
Year-round, Weiland's customers also can find in our freezer cases a supply of domestic shanks and ground lamb as well as imported lamb racks from New Zealand. The smaller lamb legs are delicate in flavor and strong on presentation at the family dinner table or for entertaining.
Seasonally, Weiland's removes the bones and seasons the lamb roasts inside and out with garlic, fresh rosemary, salt and pepper, then rolls and ties them for cooking. The delicious seasonings permeate the meat throughout for a savory main dish. Check our shelves for traditional mint jelly and piquant sauces, chutneys and other accompaniments.
