Fresh Fish
Weiland's selection of daily fresh fish always includes as many as 25 varieties of fresh fish fillets and many whole fish. We can find anything with advance order! We hand-cut many of our fillets in house, so you can get it just the way you want it. Our seafood staff is also ready to discuss with you the origin of the fish, nutritional information, correct handling methods, preparation tips and recipes. Shrimp
Weiland's has many varieties and sizes of cooked and uncooked shrimp in its destination seafood department. Though most of our shrimp and previously frozen to maintain freshness and quality, we do feature fresh shrimp when in season. Soft-Shell Crabs
Live soft-shell crabs are only available part of the year but definitely worth the wait. They are available late spring to early fall. We typically receive our first supply of the year in May. Soft-shells can be baked, sauteed, pan-fried or deep fried for delicacies like a Po'Boy sandwich, popular in New Orleans. Lobster
Live Maine Lobster
The world's finest lobsters come from Maine, and you can find them year-round in our live tank! For those watching their cholesterol, lobster is comparable to skinless chicken breast. For a special dinner for two, be sure to ask about our Lobster Bakes (described in our Do-it-yourself section), available upon request. Lobster Tails - in our freezer case
From the remote island of Tristan da Cunha come Tristan Rock Lobsters. With a particularly succulent taste that is unequalled anywhere in the world, these tails are caught in deep, cold, pristine waters midway between Africa and South America. You can find them in our freezer case. Hard-Shell Crabs
Here at Weiland's, we provide Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab. Their meat is rich, sweet and buttery in flavor. The body meat is delicately flavored, while claw meat is nutty. You won't find them in our seafood case, but can be ordered by the bushell or half-bushel. Dungeness Crabs
Our Dungeness Crab is flown in from the Oregon Coast, available during the fall and winter months, for the utmost taste and freshness. We try to keep live crabs in store when available but can also cook them for you, upon request. Our diligent staff is on hand for questions and assistance. Oysters
Weiland's features Chesapeake Bay Oysters year round. During the colder months, you can find Prince Edward Island Oysters which have wonderful flavor. Also, don't forget to check out our shucked oysters in the cooler case. Scallops
Weiland's selection of scallops are always fresh and never soaked or pumped. We also have Diver scallops available through the spring and summer months, as well as Cape Cod Scallops during the winter months. Diver Scallops are retrieved by divers from the channels surrounding underwater cables, where no large boats are allowed, giving these varieties time to grow super sized and have exceptional flavor. You can always find a good variety of East Coast clams in our seafood case including hard shell and steamer clams (soft shell). Mussells
Direct from the clean, cold waters of Prince Edward Island, Canada come the same mussels served in five star restaurants across the globe. Long heralded as the best tasting mussels, these mussels are highly acclaimed for their tender, sweet meat and incomparable rich flavor. "Rope grown" in controlled, natural environments, mussels cook similarly to oysters in recipes and are delicious steamed in the shell or sauteed, baked, or included in soups and stews. Smoked Fish
Weiland's is known throughout for our wonderfully tasty smoked seafood. Fresh 2-3 times per week, and if you time it correctly, you might find it warm, right out of the roaster! Smoked Salmon
Weiland's uses strictly fresh Royal Canadian Atlantic salmon fillets. Our staff brines them in salt, brown sugar and lemon. Once removed from the brine, the fillets are air-dried for 40 hours and then smoked with a blend of fruit and hardwoods. Smoked Trout
Fresh Canadian Ruby Rainbow Trout fillets are soaked in a slightly sweeter brine, using a bit more brown sugar and a touch of soy sauce. They are then dried and smoked like the salmon but are a little milder and more delicate in taste and texture. Frozen Specialties

Clam Bakes
Great for parties or family get-togethers, Weiland's is the only place you can get a prepared clambake with all the fixings, as well as any equipment needed. (Please note, call and order at least 3 days prior to pickup.) 10 or more person servings. Items included:
